Louis Michael Leffler

February 15, 1954 — January 30, 2018

Louis Michael "Lefty" Leffler passed away on January 30, 2018. Mike was a local musician playing at the old Zena's and Stevie Ray's with Lefty and the Sneakers, Crawdad Pie and Higgs Bozon.

Mike is survived by the love of his life of 18 years, Laura DuVall Murray; siblings, Rick, Jack, Amy, Joe, Chuck, Jerry and Lesa; children, Chuck Knowles (Jennifer), Cody Johnle (Maggie), Madison Ayar (Simo); grandchildren, Michael and Kayla Knowles, Lucia and Bobby Johnle, Laila, Kamilia and Jihan Ayar; also his loving Doberman, Nikki. Mike loved them all dearly. Mike was a good guy.

A gathering will be 3-6pm Monday, February 5th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown.

Memorials may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
