Louella Frances Troutman

Louella Frances Webb Troutman went to her Heavenly home November 5, 2025 surrounded by family. Frankie was born December 5, 1932 to Samuel and Ruby Isbell Webb. 

Frankie was a wonderful homemaker and cook. She loved to sew, work crossword puzzles and spend time with family laughing, dancing and playing cards. She loved her Lord most of all, reading her Bible daily and spreading the Gospel to everyone she spoke to.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Rual Andrew Troutman; daughter-in-law, Jessie and siblings, Mary, Sis, Sam, Ray, Bill, Bob, Doris, Jackie and Jerry.

Left to carry her memory are her sons, Tony Troutman, Danny (Mara) Troutman, Tim (Barbara) Troutman; Grandchildren, Edith (Jeff) Gaw,, Andrea Bower, Russell, Kenny, Patty (James) Carter, Joshua, John (Siera), Dorothy (Jimmy) Gray, Daniel (Wendy), Nick and Lesley (Shawn) Hillmer; 27 Great-Grand Children; 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Siblings Betty Pullium, Carole Taylor and Rick (Carol) Webb and many nieces and nephews and friends that she held dear to her heart. 

Visitation will be Monday, November 17, 2025, from 10am-1pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY with a celebration of life for Louella beginning at 1pm.

Louella will be laid to rest at Parr Frans Cemetery, Wolf Creek Road, Wolf Creek, KY.
