Lorraine Ellen (Gorski) Schall, 69, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015 in Jeffersonville, IN.
Lorraine was born in Staten Island, NY on January 19, 1946 to the late Stanley L. and Isabel M. (MacKenzie) Gorski. She worked as a travel agent for most of her life. Lorraine was known to live life to the fullest and on her terms. She had an untamed sense of humor and her family loved her for it. Lorraine will be remembered as a woman who took her own path with no regrets. In the end, she died the way she lived. She did it her way.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Goetzinger (Eric), Eric Schall (Melissa), Amy Asher (Bill), and Denise Taylor; siblings, Carole Behler (Richard), Raymond Gorski (Cindy), Louise Gohmann (Ray), and Christine Alm; 7 grandchildren, Michael (Tyla), Cassie, Amanda, Emily, Darian (Eric), McKenna, and Jadyn.
Visitation will be from 1 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM on Friday in the chapel at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
