Lori Ann Hight, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 after facing cancer for the third time. She stared it right in the face and did not back down.
She was born on October 18, 1961 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Robert and Suzanne (Lightbody) Mills. She was preceded in death by her father and birth mother.
Lori was known for her joy for life, bravery, strength, and kindness. Lori had a passion for making jewelry, loved vacationing by the ocean, and loved her 4 legged companion Riley.
Lori is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, John Hight, son, Drew Hight, mother, Priscilla Mills, sisters; Erin (Sean), Jenny, Amy (Diego), brother, Bob (Dena) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Per Lori's wishes cremation was chosen and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date at Christ Church United Methodist (4614 Brownsboro Rd, St Matthews, KY 40207).
The family requests that contributions in Lori 's memory be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
