Lola Lacy

Lola Faye Lacy, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on September 17, 2026. Born on January 6, 1958, to Lawrence and Delores Hodge, Lola was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She shared her love for the University of Louisville, her beautiful garden, and cherished games of BINGO with those around her.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Lacy, her son Christopher Hodge, and her sister Yolanda Hodge. She leaves behind her brother Mitcheal Hodge and his wife Tina, her fiancé Mark Gooch, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will forever hold her memory dear.

Visitation will take place from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, where her funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm.
