Lois Lee (Long) Stevenson

Lois Lee (Long) Stevenson, 103, of Louisville, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Lois was formerly of New Jersey and moved here on October 3, 2015, when she entered Klondike Manor Healthcare Center.
Lois was born August 29, 1913, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Ernest and Margaret (Konkel) Long. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William "Byron" Stevenson; and her three sisters.
She is survived by her children, Elaine Bump (Durwin), Dale Stevenson (Elizabeth), Ralph Stevenson, and Philip Stevenson (Kathleen); 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Monday after 10:00 a.m. at the church. Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at Bible Community Church (1423 Corydon Pike, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Cremation will follow, following Lois's wishes.
