Lois Jane Mccord

Lois Jane McCord, 87, of Louisville, passed away on December 11, 2015. Lois was born in Louisville on June 2, 1928. She retired from the Iron Workers Local 70 after over 20 years of service.
Lois was preceded in death by her mother, Grace McCord; step-father, John McCord; and sister, Verna Brusick. She is survived by her son, Joe McCord; daughter, Sherry Lee Taylor (Ronald); granddaughter, Amy Lee Taylor; two great-granddaughters, Kaylee and Layla Higgins; sister, Cheryl Ann Ryan; brother, John M. McCord; and many nieces and nephews.
Lois will be laid to rest following a graveside service at Bethany Memorial Cemetery at 2:00 pm Friday, December 18, 2015. The family is planning a memorial service at a later date.
