Lizzie Lee Waddles

Lizzie Lee Waddles, 90, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. Lizzie was a member of Faith Christian Church, and Christ Temple Church. She was member of the Eastern Star. Lizzie enjoyed Church, playing Bingo, sewing, gardening, and Church Hill Downs. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born on June 26, 1930 in Prospect , Tennessee to John and Everlena (Smith) Jenkins. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Curtis Waddles, Daughter, Treva Waddles, Brothers, Aster Jenkins, Tyree Jenkins, and Joseph Humphrey, and Grandson, Brandon Waddles.

Lizzie is survived by her Daughter, Michelle (Milton, Jr.) Waddles-Crimes, Son, Norman D Waddles, Grandchildren, Becky Waddles, Norman Waddles, Jr., Trena Waddles, Dewayne Kannamore, Courtney Trowel, Cortez Crimes, Montez Crimes, Maya Crimes, Chanell Morris, Sherell Waddles, Dejuan Kannamore, Scharn Sublett, Jr., Machelle Mactee, Steven Walker, Jr., Shanae Johnson, Alexus Wright, Douglas Stoudemire, Shanell Stoudemire, Deryia Kannamore, Dewayne Kannamore, Dezyna Lizzie Lee Kannamore, and Dezyan Kannamore, Sister-In-Law, Carloyn Kimbro-Wilcoxson. Lizzie also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
