Lisa Marie Underwood

Lisa Marie Underwood, 64, of Louisville, KY passed away on May 8, 2024. She was a volunteer at The Lord's Kitchen for many years with her best friend John Clark. Lisa was an avid BINGO player, loved watching old movies and TV shows. Lisa was selfless and was always there for others. She was independent, resourceful and strong willed; when she put her mind to something it always got done.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Evelyn Underwood, children, Talena Rankin and Jason Barton; brothers, Frankie Underwood, Kevin Underwood and Marshall Underwood and sister, Tammy Underwood.

Lisa leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Janice Pace, Donnie Rankin, Venus Thomas, Johnason Barton, Jaymason Thomas, Shalena Burton, Jaylee Thomas and John Thomas; sisters, Janice Ness and Karen Browning and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, May 20, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 3pm-8pm.
