Lisa Anne Stone, 61, of Pendleton, Kentucky, passed away in the peace and comfort of her home Sunday evening, November 24, 2024.
Lisa was born in Bermuda to William and Linda Coke on April 21, 1963. She was a graduate of Jeffersontown High School, and
attended Cypress College in Los Angeles for a career in business. She worked in communications sales for ten years, followed by a successful 20-year career as a medical aesthetician.
Lisa found beauty beyond her work as evidenced by her expertise in several hobbies such as fashion, florals, and knitting. Her affection for animals led to a fondness of horses, birds, and most of all her cat, Spooky. But her greatest passion was sharing her love of the culinary arts with her son, Cody.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Coke and brother, Christopher Coke.
Lisa is survived by her son, Cody Stone (Noelle Hall); grandsons Cameron and Wyatt Stone; partner, Steve Meyer; mother, Linda Adrio Linker (stepfather Larry); stepfather, Bill Adrio; sister, Robin Masters (Rick); several aunts and uncles; and her beloved cat, Spooky.
Per Lisa’s request, there will be a private family service at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood, Kentucky.
In keeping with Lisa’s love of animals in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Oldham County Humane Society.
Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville KY, 40243, is entrusted with her arrangements.
