Lisa Adkins , 45, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018.

She was born on December 2, 1972 in Louisville, Kentucky to Bobby and Caryl Lemmons. She is preceded in death by her parents

Lisa is survived by her Daughters, Brittany and Alexis Adkins, her Sisters, Ruth Rawlings, Debbie (Mark) Stant, Linda (Phil) Fellers, Rita Lemmons, Teresa (Billy) Edwards, her Brothers, Gary Lemmons, Ed (Jen) Bradbury, Donnie (Christina) Stewart, James Lemmons, James Bradbury, and Jeff Lemmons, her grandchildren, Kaemon Pate and Isabella Brown, and her spouse, Tony Miller.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home.
