Linda Denise Wise, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
She was born on February 24, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Samuel and Helen (Quick) Quarles. She is also preceded in death by her step-children, Steven Michael Oliver Wise and Jerry Allen Wise; 3 brothers, Bob, Don, and Pat Quarles; and 3 sisters, Martha Bray, Elaine Monsour, and Diane Dick.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Steven Lee Wise; children, Michelle Givens (Shawn), Adrienne Wise, Christey Givens, and Michael Givens (Brittany); and grandchildren, Shawn, Devin, and Jaiden Givens, Jillian and Michael, Jr. Givens, Shane Willhoite, Jessica Riley, and Haley Kidd.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). Her Funeral Service will be on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church (5505 Bardstown Road) at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville.
The family requests that contributions in Linda's memory be made to St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
