Linda Jean Carrero

Linda Jean Carrero, 70, passed away on September 5, 2021. She was a kind and gentle soul who never met a stranger. Linda loved her children and family unconditionally and they meant the world to her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed her "toddy for the body". Despite Linda living with MS she loved and enjoyed life to the fullest.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Carrero; mother, Imogene Laxton and grandson, Tyler Lanham.

She leaves to cherish her memories, children, Ramon Carrero, Ana "Sherry" Carrero and Nancy (Puggy Lanham) Carrero; grandchildren, Ashley Carrero, George Nolbertowicz, Austin Carrero, Autumn Carrero, Justin Lanham, Jordan Lanham, Devin Lanham and Alceya Carrero; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Elijah, Corbin and Carter; siblings, Patricia Vicari, Donna Sauer, Vicki Laxton and Craig Laxton and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.


Visitation will be September 15, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 1pm-8pm, with a celebration of Linda's life beginning at 6pm.
