Lillie Patricia (Grant) Wilson

Lillie Patricia (Grant) Wilson, age 77, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. She was born on September 5, 1939, in New Albany, Indiana.

Lillie was a member of Greater Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in New Albany, Indiana, and later in life became a member at Messiah Temple of Praise. She enjoyed singing and bingo and loved to shop.

Lillie is survived by her loving children, Thomas Hunter, Larry Hunter, Lautownya Dierker (Dennis), and Sharon Wilson-Clark (Larry); her siblings, Johnnie Mae Walker, Claudia Grant, Janice Cummings, Lavelle Walker, and Alonzo Clark; 5 grandchildren, Derwand Wilson, Lassandra Hunter, Tiffani Starks, Tavon Hunter, and Makayla Wilson; 2 great grandchildren, Genesis Wilson and Ezra Wilson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Her Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Her Service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. with visitation before from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Westhaven Cemetery.
