Lillie Mae (Bailey) Antz

March 23, 1933 — September 23, 2018

Lillie Mae (Bailey) Antz, 85, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, September 23, 2018. Lillie was a member of Christ Gospel Church in Jeffersonville and was a proud homemaker for many years. She loved reading her Bible and going to church and enjoyed raising her 3 boys and caring for her husband.

She was born on March 23, 1933, in Russellville, Kentucky, to the late Otis L., Sr., and Willie (Bilbrey) Bailey. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Embry.

Lillie is survived by her loving husband of 67 years,William W. "Bill" Antz; sons, Dennis L. (Lisa) Antz, David L. (Cathy) Antz, and Ronald A. (Ronda) Antz; 7 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Sermon; and brother, Otis L. Bailey, Jr.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany, (3309 Ballard Lane). Visitation will continue Saturday morning after 9:00 a.m. until time of the service. Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Christ Gospel Church with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Lillie's memory be made to Christ Gospel Church.
