Lillian "Janice" Ingram

Lillian "Janice" Ingram of LaGrange, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Friday, March 27, 2026 at the age of 84.

Janice was born July 11, 1941 to the late James Bronson Ingram and Mildred Irene Ashcraft Ingram. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and began her career as a school teacher. She later worked in the University of Kentucky Physical Plant Department and served as a fraternity house mother. Lillian enjoyed cheering for the UK Wildcats, spending time with her cat Tyler, and gardening.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her siblings and a grandson.

Janice is survived by her daughter, Nikkii (Caley); and her son, Jim (Donna); along with six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many extended loved ones who will carry her memory forward.

There are no plans for a funeral or memorial service, as per her wishes. Instead, the family asks that you remember her through simple acts of kindness in daily life and whenever the Cats take the field or floor.
