Lillian Diane Thompson, 68, of Louisville, KY passed away on March 8, 2015. She worked for Jessie's Restaurant for several years.
Lillian was born on September 9, 1946, in Louisville, KY to the late Elmer Frances Deetch and Margie Lillian Deetch (Oller). She was also preceded in death by her son, Ronnie Thompson.
Lillian is survived by her loving husband, James Thompson; son, Clearance Thompson (Sharon); five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Carolyn Thompson (William), Linda Thompson (John), Brenda Thompson, Bessie Weise; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home and will resume Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of the service at 1 p.m.(10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A Funeral Ceremony to honor the life of Lillian Diane will be held Wednesday at 1p.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Bethany Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Foundation.
