Lianne R. Coates

Lianne R. Coates (Warner) was born on October 27, 1954 in Juneau, Alaska, to the late Peter Warner and Audrey Feero. A Sellersburg, Indiana, resident passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

Lianne lived a full and adventurous life. She owned her own shoe store, spent a summer commercial fishing, worked as a waitress, worked for an airline, served as a career consultant, and became a successful real estate agent. She was fearless, hardworking, and never one to sit still.

She spent most of her life in Anchorage, while Juneau always held her heart. She later lived in Delray Beach then Sellersburg, where she chose to be close to her grandchildren

Leanne loved crafts, shopping, and bringing her family together, especially for the holidays, She was strong willed, quick witted, and deeply loving.

She is survived by her husband, Darryl B. Coates; her children, Steven, Nathan, Adam, and Ashley; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Loren and David Warner; and her niece and nephew, Rachel Haggarty and Samuel Warner.

She will be remembered for her strength, humor, and the love she gave so many.

It was Lianne wishes to be cremated and return back to Alaska.
