Moore, Lewis, "Allen" 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 15, 2015. He retired from General Electric after 36 years of service in Building 2.
Allen was born on January 9, 1933, in Spencer, West Virginia to the late Clarence and Zettie Moore. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Arletta Szabo, and Bill Moore.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary (McDougal) Moore; children, Michael Moore (Denise), Kim Neely (Rick), Tracey Cundiff (Ricky); grandchildren, Corey Moore, Cassie Moore (Josh McGown), Maddie Moore, Katie Cundiff (Justin Brennan), Dallas Moore, Paige Cundiff; and one great-grandson, Branson McGown; siblings, Pauline Pippins, Ruby Webb, Patricia Wryick; sisters-in-law, Linda Hollaway, and Kay Head (Stephen), JoAnn McDougal; brothers-in-law, Paul McDougal and Alf McDougal (Mary); and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville).
In loving memory of Lewis Allen Moore, memorial donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
