Levi Brock

Levi Brock, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 13, 2017. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Levi was an avid hunter and fisher. He was always outside and loved helping people and gardening.

Levi was born on July 15, 1945, in Leselie County, Kentucky to the late Mike and Pollie (Whitehead) Brock. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Maybelle Brock and his father-in-law and mother-in-law Farmer and Velma Roark.

Levi is survived by his wife of 43 years, Yvonne (Roark) Brock; daughters, Tracey Wilson (John) of Lockport, IL, Vonda Brock (Ricky) of Lebanon Junction, KY, and Renee Butler of Louisville, KY; sons, Levi Brock (Kelly) of Lockport, IL and Lonnie Brock of Louisville, KY; grandsons, Devyn Brock (Savannah), Andrew Ashcraft, Jacob Sneed, Dalton Brock, Matthew Brock, and Shawn Daniels; granddaughters, Candis Ashcraft (Kevin), Amber Daniels, Ceaira Brock, Abagail Brock and Constance Taylor; great-grandchildren, Kevin Klein Jr., Skylar Klein, and Sophia Daniels; sisters, Halley Asher, Ada Lee Napier, Molly Simpson, and Lillie Smith (J.D.); brothers, Mitchel Brock (Birdie), Velous Brock, Mike Brock Jr., Windell Brock (Brenda), James Brock (Phanessa), and Doyle Brock (Stella); brother-in-laws, Donald Roark (Carol), Lonnie Roark (Bobbie) and Wayne Roark (Virginia); and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272) and on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at New Hope Church in Warbranch, KY. His Funeral Ceremony will be at 2:30 pm at the church Wednesday will burial to follow at Brock Cemetery in Leslie County, KY.
