Leslie Jeannette Sumner, 41, of Louisville, passed away on November 7, 2017. She had a heart of love for her Savior, Jesus. Leslie enjoyed going shopping, spending time and giving special gifts to her daughter, Jayla. She had a deep compassion for others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin J. Sumner; grandfather, James A. Anders; step-brother, Scott Johnson and father-in-law, Jerome Sumner.
Leslie is survived by her daughter, Jayla Sumner; mother, Lois (Ed) Hormann; father, Jim (Diana) Anders; mother-in-law, Tina Sumner and numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins and two special friends, Casey and Kim.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 12, 2017, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 12pm-5pm with a celebration of Leslie's life beginning at 5pm.
