Leslie Hartz, 65, of Louisville passed away on November 21, 2014. Les was a retired truck driver and a proud member of Teamsters Local 89.
Les was born on February 27, 1949, in Louisville to the late Charles and Bernice (Bristow) Hartz.
Survivors include seven siblings; Charles Hartz (Susan), Sharon Payne, Donna Mudd, Mike Hartz, Allen Hartz, Sandy Garcia (Jose), and Candace King (Joel).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family would be appreciated.
Memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, December 1, 2014 with visitation from 5:00 pm until time of service.
