Leonard Morgan, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019.
He was born on November 22, 1940 in Smithfield, Kentucky to the late Claude and Reva (Neice) Morgan. He is also preceded in death by his daughters, Stephanie Morgan and Dawn Hamilton and brother Jess Morgan.
Leonard is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, wife, Linda Lou Morgan, daughter, Karla Halfacre (Jeff), son, Kerry Morgan, ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren (who he all loved dearly). He is also survived by his sister Linda Sue Shircliff and son-in-law, Scott Hamilton.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
His funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Smithfield Cemetery in Smithfield, Kentucky.
