Leonard Fisk

Leonard Fisk , 96, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on October 27, 2021. He retired from General Electric and Kroger. He was a member of Highview Baptist Church (Fegenbush Campus) for 47 years and served as a Deacon. Leonard was also a United States Marine Corps Veteran, proudly serving his country during World War II.

Leonard was born on October 6, 1925, in Williamstown, Kentucky to the late Leonard and Myrtle (Lawrence) Fisk. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Bonnie P. Fisk and his sister, Dena Mary Cole.

Leonard is survived by his son, Len Fisk (Missy), grandchildren, Hannah Fisk and Cameron Fisk; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bernard and Judy Poe of Owenton, KY; niece, Janet Wright of Owenton, KY; and great nephew, Thomas Wright; and nephews, Chuck Midgett, and Jim Midgett.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, November 5, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home with entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
