Leonard Allen, Jr., 73, of Jeffersonville, Indiana departed this earthly life on August 9, 2015. He was born on March 3, 1942 to the late Leonard, Sr. and Helen E. (Starks) Allen.

He is survived by his children, Sherard Allen (Erica), Shivaun Allen; granddaughters, Sa'Niya and Sa'Raya Overton; brothers, James Allen (Charlene), Marvin Allen, Sr.; sisters, Margaret Scrivner, (James, Sr.), Phyllis Cameron (Charles), Janice Stephenson (Joe), Darlene Jones, (Andre,' Sr.); uncle, William Delbert Starks; devoted cousin, Karolyn Patton (Walter); former wife, Bernadette Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Visitation will be from 10 AM to 12 PM on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Wesley UMC (1201 Thomas V. Bryant Drive, Jeffersonville, IN 47130) with his Funeral Service taking place at 12 PM. Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
