Lenora Dee Keebler

June 29, 1949 — February 17, 2022

Lenora Dee Keebler, age 72 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 after her short battle with Stage 4 Lung cancer. She was born on June 29, 1949 the daughter of Kenneth and Bernice Haynes. She was the youngest of 5 children. She met and Married George L.L. Keebler III when he was stationed in Oklahoma. They were married November 21,1968. They moved to Brighton Michigan and began their life together where they raised three children. She was a Lifetime member of the VFW. Where she was active for many years. They were divorced in 1994. Even though they were no longer together, they still had a friendship that lasted until her death. She loved her grand and great grand children they were the light of her world. She will be missed by many. She made friends everywhere she went. She was a faithful servant of the Lord. She never doubted his plans for her life even in the end. She was a very caring and loving mother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Lenora is preceded in death by Her parents Kenneth and Bernice Haynes, Sisters Kay Cate, Dale Hendricks, and brother Charles Haynes.

Lenora is survived by her brother, Kenneth "Larry" Haynes (Merrie); children. George L.L. Keebler IV (Viktoria), Dorothy Keebler-Modglin (Todd) and Donna Keebler; grandchildren, Mary Hatley (Harry), Sara Atisha (Paul), Lillian Newsome, Kaylin Tata; great-grandchildren, Jason, Emily, Sarah; several nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm on 03/26/22, BOVA VFW Post 9885, 6440 North Hix Road, Westland, MI 48185.
