Leler Mae (Ryant) Busby, 94, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 13, 2018. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Eminence.
She was born on July 23, 1923 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina to the late Willy and Ida Mae(Wade) Ryant. She was also preceded in death by her sons Charles Busby and Loviest Busby, Jr., husband Loviest Busby, Sr., and siblings; Wayroy Ryant, Camden Ryant, Jonathan Ryant, Hubert Ryant, Lewis Ryant and Nettie (Ryant) Huggins.
Leler is survived by her children, Glenn (Paula) Busby, Ida Mae (Busby) Roundtree (Erskine), Alford Lee Busby, Gerald Busby (Gola), Sherron A. Busby, Elijah Busby, seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
Her funeral ceremony will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Eminence (5706 Main Street Eminence, KY 40019) with burial to follow at Eminence Cemetery.
