Leland Carl Boyd, 58, passed away on August 26, 2015.
Leland was born on September 4, 1956 in Louisville, KY to the late Marcellus and Colleen Boyd. He is also preceded in death by his brother Eric Boyd.
He is survived by his loving wife Carla M. Boyd; sister: Alice (Henry) Vernon of Kissimmee, Florida; sons: Kaythan C. Boyd of Kissimmee, Florida, Nathaniel of Erie, Pennsylvania, Carlos (Sandy) and Edward (Shannon) Johnson; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild (+1 on the way).
A Homegoing Celebration will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Shawnee Presbyterian Church (101 S 44th St, Louisville, KY 40212); Visitation will begin at 5 p.m.
