LeEllen Clark, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, left this earth on Monday, May 10, 2021 after her battle with lung cancer at Baptist East Hospital.
She was born on June 11, 1952 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to the late Lee and Dorothy (Addington) Frazier.
She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and friend to many that knew her.
LeEllen is survived by her daughter, Wendy Prisock (Thomas), son, Nathan C. Martin, grandchildren; Keaton M. Martin, Jackson D. Prisock, Kylee D. Martin, O. Tanner Prisock, McKenzie R. Prisock, brother, Steven Frazier (Audrey), sister Mary Lynn Wayne, her nieces and nephew and her loving dog "Yogi".
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 am on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
The family requests that contributions in LeEllen's memory be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Baptist East Hospital.
