Leamon McDonald

Leamon McDonald, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Leamon was a loving and devoted father, brother, and friend. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time working on his boat. Leamon had a strong work ethic and took pride in caring for his family. He enjoyed cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and was a strong animal advocate. Leamon will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on April 25, 1962 in Los Angeles, California to Fred and Ida (Fletcher) McDonald. He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Roosevelt McDonald; mother, Ida Elizabeth McDonald; and his wife, Kimberly McDonald.

Leamon is survived by his loving family, sons, Christopher L. (Christi Elliott) Perry, Michael E. (Lisa Meece) McDonald; sister, Alicia (Andrew) Rice, brothers, Phillip (Peggy) Beck, Warren McDonald; significant other, Debbie Lucas; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
