Leah Costelle McMillen, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021.
Leah Kathrine Costelle McMillen was born February 1, 1969 to Kenneth and Deanna O'Daniel Costelle. She is preceded in death by her father.
Leah is survived by husband, Matthew McMillen; her mother, Deanna O'Daniel; step-mother, Cathy Costelle; son, Gavin McMillen; and three step-daughters, Jessica, Audrey and Margot; several grandchildren; and her brothers, Jason Costelle and Jaz Hayes. On her father's side, she is survived by several aunts and uncles, Gerry Taylor, Raymond Costelle, Joseph Costelle, Robert Costelle (Judi), Bernice Beaven and Verna Carr; Doris Costelle; and a host of cousins. On the O'Daniel side, besides her mother, Deanna, she is survived by John O'Daniel (Marylin), Marc O'Daniel, Jim O'Daniel (Linda), Marty Jones, Theresa Prestigiamoco (Jamie), Tony O'Daniel, Annie McDonald (Terry), Bill O'Daniel (Angela), Pat O'Daniel; and many cousins.
Leah attended St. Francis of Assisi Grade School, Sacred Heart High School and completed two years at University of Louisville. She is a computer expert and her present job is CMMS Manager at Cushman Wakefield.
A funeral service will be held at St. James Catholic Church on Bardstown Road, 1826 Edenside Ave, Louisville, KY. 40204 on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 with visitation at 10 am until the Mass at 11:30 am. Please wear a mask if you attend.
The family requests that contributions in Leah's memory be made to, "Big Brothers-Big Sisters Program."
