Leah was born on October 25, 1989 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Diane Fields. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Thelma and Sam Fields, Marguerite and Thomas Rusch.
Leah is survived by her brothers, Ryan Fields, and Adam Fields, and nephew, Ryan Fields, Jr.
Leah was deeply loved and cared for by lifelong friends who became her family.
