Laura Donaldson, 61, of Crestwood, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
She was born on July 21, 1959 in Baltimore City, Maryland to the late John and Janet (Green) Donaldson.
Laura graduated from Spencerian College. She retired after 25 years of service, working for the state of KY. She was awarded the Certificate Of Appreciation for her service at KCPC. She loved to travel and had visited many different places around the world.
She was an avid pet lover and had a passion for helping others through pet therapy with her beloved dog Dawson.
Laura was a giver with a huge kind heart! We know her final wish would be that you Be Kind, Pay it Forward, check on a neighbor, do a kind deed, and tell your family that you love them!
Laura is survived by her son, Wayne Hall (Lorain), grandchildren Brenden Hall and Nadia Martinez, sisters Brenda Donaldson, Rhonda Gaba (Boyd), nieces Heather Gaba Happe, Sarah Gaba (Justin), nephew Brett Gaba (Hannah) and extended family Troy Weatherford (Andrew Adams) and Jeff Kitchens (Kelsey Brandes).
Per Laura's wishes cremation was chosen and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
The family requests that contributions in Laura's memory be made to W.A.G.S. Pet Therapy of Kentucky, Inc PO BOX 43504 Louisville, Ky 40253-0504.
