Laura Lee (McCowan) Coy, 39, of Henryville, Indiana, passed away on March 20, 2017, in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on April 28, 1977, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Glendon "Wayne" McCowan and Edna (Bush) Thompson. Laura was a great caregiver and loved her family very much. She enjoyed reading, crafting, and playing video games, along with spending time with her loving family.

Laura is survived by her loving husband, Timothy Coy; her children, Dustin, Destiny, and Dallas Senn; her parents, Glendon "Wayne" McCowan and Edna (Bush) Thompson (Jim); brothers, Darrell, Wayne, and Robbie McCowan; sister-in-law, Tammy Bell; father- and mother-in-law, Timothy and Pam Coy; mother- and father-in-law, Portia and Jack Moreillon; and granddaughter, Lillie Grace; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her Service will be on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home with burial to follow at Palmrya Cemetery.
