Latricia Gayle Sherman

Latricia Gayle Sherman, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 29, 1954 to the late Melvin Edgar and Bessie Virginia Reed. She is retired from Horton Fruit Company and was a member of Missionary Baptist Church.

Latricia is survived by her step mother, Wanda Root; two children, Cristie Gayle Shingleton (Kenny) and Robert Allen Sherman; grandchildren, Kirstie Lawson, Michael Lawson, Kassandra Keith, Brittany Baker and Bryce Sherman; three great grandchildren, Emilee Toney, Clayton Toney and August Baker; siblings, Linda (Darrell) Ferguson and Mike Root; and a host of other family members and friends.

The family will gather on Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 12-4 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.
