Larry Smith, 73, of Louisville, passed away on April 10, 2015. Larry was a retired driver for TARC.
He was born in Louisville on December 19, 1941, to the late Kenny and Mary (Hilbert) Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Barksdale.
Larry is survived by his wife of 34 years, Patricia Smith; children, Kenny Smith, Todd Smith, Janet Smith, Deana Smith, Theresa Gray, and Diane Barksdale; brothers, David and Phillip Smith; sister, Debbie Mathis; 16 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 15 at 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). The family will greet friends at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until time of service.
