Larry R. Ramey

Larry R. Ramey, 76, of Louisville, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2015. Larry was a member of Evangel World Prayer Center. He was born on March 10, 1939, to the late Roscoe and Allie Ramey. He was a proud member of the Corbin High School football team. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dana Ramey.
Larry is survived by his wife of 46 years, Carole (Chesser) Ramey; son, Larry Alan Ramey; and sister, Elayne Johnson.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral ceremony will be held Friday at 11:00 am at the funeral home with entombment to follow in Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
