Landon Edwin Diebold passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013, at Kosairs Childrens Hospital.
He was the son of, Jordan and Jaclyn (Zweydorff) Diebold.
Landon is also survived by his grandparents, Ed Diebold, Tracey and Daniel Cook, Angela Zweydorff, Michael Zweydorff and Jim Bell Brewer.
His visitation will be from 10 to 2 PM on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 2 PM on Monday with burial to follow at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kosair Childrens Hospital.
