Lana Tinsley

Lana Tinsley, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on September 14, 2026. A devoted wife, sister, aunt, and friend, Lana touched the lives of those around her with her love for animals and her candid spirit. Her honesty and willingness to voice her thoughts left a memorable mark on all who knew her.

Born on March 28, 1961, in Louisville, to Henry and Irene Fluhr, Lana was cherished by her family. She joins her parents and her beloved sisters, Rita Patterson, Bobbie Fluhr, and Leeann Fluhr, in eternal rest.

Lana is survived by Mitchell Ray Tinsley, her loving husband of 40 years. Her memory will also be treasured by her nieces, Debbie, Angie, and Chrissy, nephews, Wayne, Robby, and Jeremy, along with a devoted circle of family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm at the same location, with interment at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
