L. Juanita Heath, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. Juanita was a member of Shively Christian Church as well as a Kentucky Colonel. Juanita enjoyed playing Sudoku and most of all, spending time with her family.

She was born on November 26, 1937 in Vine Grove, Kentucky to Charles and Clara Hicks. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles A Hicks, mother, Clara W. Farrow, husband, Raymond Heath, son, David W. Klein, and granddaughter, Racheal Roso.

Juanita is survived by her loving sons, Doug (Pam) Klein and Dennis Klein; step-daughter, Cindy Timmering. grandchildren, Andi (Tim) Wright, Eric Clark, Tim (Chenoah) Clark, David Klein, Allen (Bonnie) Klein; 13 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:30 am on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery - Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.
