Kristi Lynn Spencer

Kristi Lynn (née Sample) Spencer, 49, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022. She was born on October 5, 1972, in Louisville, Kentucky. Kristi had a passion for the Special Olympics and enjoyed bowling, track, and basketball. She loved her coaches and teammates who were all so good to her. She also loved her co-workers at Fazoli's in Clarksville and was proud of her breadstick making skills. Kristi enjoyed playing pull tabs and going to the casino to play the slot machines. More than anything, she loved being around people.

Kristi is survived by her loving parents, Sam and Vickie Sample; son, C.J. Sample; brother, Joey (Andrew) Sample; and the love of her life, her partner, Rickey Stroud.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Cremation was chosen following Kristi's wishes.
