Kristi Leigh (Hougland) Juric

Kristi Leigh (Hougland) Juric, 32, formerly of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017, in Louisville. She was a graduate of Floyd Central High School in Floyds Knobs and Indiana University Southeast in New Albany and was employed at CBRE Group, Inc., in Louisville. Kristi was a loving, helpful, and giving person with a smile and bright disposition that were contagious to all. She will be greatly missed.

Kristi was born in New Albany on April 5, 1984, to Mark and Carol (Naville) Hougland. Kristi is preceded in death by her grandparents, Carmon and Betty Hougland. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Tyler Hougland; sisters, Karli Hougland and Kori Hollis (B.J.); nephew and niece, Graham and Riley Hollis; grandparents, Herman and Marcella Naville; godson, Thomas Youngs; and many cousins, family, and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary Navilleton Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Because of Kristi's love of giving, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Jesus Cares at Exit 0 (P.O. Box 1315, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47131-1315).
