KittyAnn Cassidy Cooke, 99, passed away April 10, 2017 at Park Terrace Health Campus. She was born on May 2, 1917 in Brownsville, Kentucky to the late Gertie and Homer Cassidy. She was a homemaker and a member of the Beaver Dam Baptist Church. She was like a mother to many.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James L. "Joe E." Cooke; and three sisters, Pauline Wheeler, Jane Hagan and Ruby Savage Schoeder.
She is survived by nephews and nieces.
A service to celebrate her life will be conducted Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Brownsville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 10 to service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
