Kimberly Lynn Pike age 45, passed away on Febuary 3, 2013 at University of Louisville Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was preceded in death by her father David Carlin Pike, a sister Darlene Pike Young.
She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Ann(Josh) Tewsley, her mother Angela Pike, her brother Todd Joseph(Judi)Pike and a nephew Todd James Pike and a niece Pamela Montgomery. Also a soon to be grandchild.
A special thanks to Gilda's Club and Brown Cancer Center Staff. Also all the doctors, nurses, and staff on six south and six east at University of Louisville Hospital.
