Kimberly Suzanne Blacklock

Kimberly Suzanne Blacklock passed away on May 18, 2026.  She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, was an avid reader and loved crocheting. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Carolyn Noe and her brother, Stevie Noe.

She is survived by her children, daughter, Keshia and son, James Matthew Blacklock; 8 grandchildren and 3 siblings. 

Family will be having private services at a later date.
