Kevin Lee Sappenfield, 54, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday morning, April 7, 2019.
He was born on February 4, 1965 in Corydon, Indiana to the late Gerald and Margie (Bolen) Sappenfield.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Patti Sappenfield; two step-sons; two sisters; a "favorite" nephew; two sisters-in-law; three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great friends and his four legged companion, Max.
Cremation was chosen following Kevin's wishes. A reception of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his memorial service taking place at 6:00 p.m.
Contributions in Kevin's memory be made to the American Cancer Society (1640 Lyndon Farm Court, Suite 104, Louisville, KY 40223).
