Kevin Knepp

Kevin Knepp, 67, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025.

Born on April 12, 1958, in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Kevin was the son of the late Gordon and Judith Knepp. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Robin Hunt, and brother, Brian Knepp.

Kevin had a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. Whether it was hunting in the woods, fishing, or tending to his garden with pride and care, he found peace and fulfillment in nature. Above all, Kevin was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Gloria E. Knepp. Together they built a family that was Kevin’s greatest joy and source of pride. He is also survived by his children: son Kevin Knepp, Jr., and daughters Sarah Bender, Laura Renninger, and Erin Knepp; his sisters Teresa Knepp and Lori Ellen Stumpff; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, located at 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and celebrate Kevin’s life.
