Keontez Da'Sean Minor

Keontez Da'Sean "Duthie" Minor was born on January 24, 1999, in Louisville, KY to Jacqueline Denise Minor. He passed away on December 3, 2021, falling asleep in death; Keontez was 22. He graduated from Fairdale High School in 2018. He went on to work several years at Wendy's, which he loved, his job and the people. Keontez will be remembered as a big boy who loved food, music, dancing and singing. Keontez will be truly missed and never forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Floria Irene Pyles and two great-uncles, Tommy and Joe Minor.

Keontez leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Jacqueline Minor; grandmother, Tequila Minor; siblings, Keontaye (Leighcia) Minor, Keontis Minor, Keontrail Minor, Phoenix Minor, Gina Russell, Shane Minor and Chance Crenshaw; aunts, Tiffany Minor, Simone Minor and Gina Minor; girlfriend, Tiara; honorary children, Desmond, Sophia, Kari and Nevaeh and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Louisville Southwest Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 11am-1pm with a celebration of Keontez's life beginning at 1pm.

Keontez will be laid to rest at Green Meadows Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Lane, Louisville, KY.
