Kenneth Demone Sheppard, 53, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday morning, August 15, 2017.
He was born on October 3, 1963, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late James, Sr., and Dorothy (Head) Sheppard. Kenny was also preceded in death by his brother, James Sheppard, Jr.
Kenny is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lisa (Brackens) Sheppard; sons, Brian Fulton, Christopher Thurman, and Kendell Sheppard; siblings, Patricia Carter (Wayne), Michael Sheppard (Penny), and Kathie Hampton-Witchard (Timmie); sister-in-law, Kelly Sheppard; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to Kenny's wishes.
