Kenneth Ryan Lewis, age 6 months of Bardstown, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jayden Lewis; great-grandparents, Paul Kenneth and Susie Davis Woodrum, and James Wayne Farmer.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Hannah Farmer (Chris Gabbert); his father, Justin Lewis; sister, Trinity Lewis; grandparents, Paula Katzman and Michael Katzman (Mitty), Brian Farmer and Kathy Gastineau (Richard); great-grandmother, Jane Kratz (Bill), Jim and Diana Noonan; uncles and aunts, Mickayla Katzman, Kira Lewis, Michael Katzman, Tryston Gastineau and Garrett Gastineau; also many great-aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Funeral services will be 3pm Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there Wednesday from 1:30-3pm.
Memorials may be made to Kosair Hospital or to The Wounded Warriors Fund.
